WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND AGREEMENT TO PARTICIPATE
I agree to the rules set forth by a tournament host (ADCC) and to compete
with the qualities of good sportsmanship.I hereby agree to participate
knowing there is a risk for an injury, death and post-traumatic syndrome
that happens during or after the tournament.I also agree not to sue the
tournament host, or any related organizations for an accident, injury,
death, and post-traumatic syndrome that happened during or after the tournament.I
have read and understood the above statement and I, hereby, agree to participate
in the tournament at my own risk. I give up any rights to the tournament
host for copyrights related to the tournament. I also agree to the public
display of any personal information through brochures, official results,
etc.I hereby declare that all the information in the registration is true
and correct. |
